A fundamental shift is occurring globally that has people everywhere approaching health care from a perspective of positive lifestyle choices and preventative “wellness”, not chasing symptoms with reactive “sickness” measures. Our goal is to help educate others so that they may experience longevity and a higher quality of life through improved awareness. From a physical perspective, we believe the human body is capable of healing and repairing itself from literally any condition, given what it needs to do so. That is our opinion based on personal experience.

Thank you so much Annabel for coming to the blog and commenting. Some days are stronger than others for traffic, but I think that’s simply life and people’s patterns. I think our continued efforts to create meaningful, valuable content have helped put us on the map. Lots of relevant keywords, inviting guest authors, article writing, and social bookmarking on Facebook, Twitter, etc. have really helped us. The fact that we are about health AND business also allows us a wide range of topics to write on and pull an audience from. I have visited your site, very nice, and will continue to do so.
