Tie Up Loose Ends: Sleep Restfully

A study recently found the two main things that keep people awake at night (when they should be sleeping) are their health, rather their lack of good health and fear of not having it, and their finances. In other words, they needed more money than they were making and that caused them great stress, and they did not have peace of mind when it came to their own wellness and “knowing” they were healthy. And by “healthy” we mean living in a state of “vibrant, optimal health”, not simply living symptom-free. Full Story…
