Success Tools For Your New Wellness Business
You’ve done your due diligence, researched your wellness company thoroughly and decided to partner with them, and now you’re ready to grow a business. Excellent! You’ve taken command of your own life and your own future in a way that many people never will. Now, as they say, is when the “rubber hits the road.”
Many people fail in building a wellness business, not because they don’t do enough research or don’t choose a great company to partner with, but because they don’t have access to tools necessary to create success. As you begin to put a plan together to execute your business, the following list will provide you with a basic sense of the tool set you’ll need to have in place to maximize your efforts and results…
Company Website Most companies at least have a generic company site that you get some version of. This lets you drive traffic to your own website while getting credit for the referral through referral codes. You won’t have to reinvent the wheel.
Independent Website Creating your own custom website is in now way required, but being able to design and create content of your own affords you the ability to manipulate your message and your positioning in search engines, blogs, and directories. That’s a big deal in an environment where everyone is trying to get noticed. Any way you can stand out is huge.
Good Autoresponder Your going to be following up with people a lot. The more you can automate the process, the more free time you’re going to have to focus on the other things you need to do. Allows you to “drip” on people slowly over intervals that you choose. Pre-create the campaign of a set number of emails, initiate it for a given contact, and walk away. Great for saving time!
Automated Training Hopefully your company is set up to train you online using training lessons or modules to expedite things. I don’t know anyone who simply gets hardcopy instructions any more in this age. Automated training means it is easier to train any newcomer to your business from anywhere in the world. The ability to build and create a global seamless downline is critical.
Recorded Calls and Videos These are great! Generally you don’t have create them (your company already has) and they’re easy to send prospects to. Just pass on the phone number or link and follow up. Let the tools work for you.
Access to Direct Upline Leader A lot of new people don’t think of this as a tool, but direct access to a full-time, experienced upline leader is very important. You need to be able to get your questions answered from a competent “coach” and be able to do 3-way calls with someone when you’re new where you can simply listen and learn.
Live Calls or Webinars When you’re speaking with a contact either about your business opportunity or product line, you have to have somewhere to send the person where they can be presented with information and validation. Live calls or webinars where they can tune in anonymously are really important. Again, they allow you to leave the task to those who are already experienced and knowledgeable. Your job is simply to get the person there.
Opt-In Mechanism You want to begin to “build your list” of contacts you can start to educate about your company and their products. Having a place that captures names and email addresses in exchange for a free gift or report will build your list quickly.
3rd-Party Validation You don’t want to spend all of your time as a new person educating in detail and defending the efficacy of your stuff. Send your people to others who go on record to vouch for your company’s credibility and product effectiveness.
